Project Overview

Order up! Little Chef: Cozy Cooking is the first title from indie developers, julien & erika. After a successful demo launch on itch.io, the team decided to turn this passion project into a reality. As their first Steam launch, julien & erika entrusted Starfall PR to manage influencer engagements, media relations, and self-publishing guidance. In the span of 2 months, Little Chef earned 26,000 wishlists ahead of its Early Access release, selling 1800 copies in its first 3 days. This campaign was a recipe for success, and julien & erika look forward to collaborating with Starfall PR for the game’s upcoming 1.0 launch.

The Task

Starfall PR outlined a 2-month campaign for Little Chef: Cozy Cooking, kicking off in January 2026 ahead of a March Early Access launch. With a focus on earned content creator engagements to spur organic growth, Starfall PR rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

Our understanding of the game’s core audience, combined with technical knowledge of Steam Next Fest marketing, made for one sweet launch.
